The project has an area of 18,000m2, a total of 651 apartments expected; Of which, there are 608 houses for armed forces families in the Army and 43 commercial houses.

Investment objective: Invest in building housing for armed forces families in the Army, ensuring housing needs for officers and employees working at military units stationed in Bac Ninh province.
Project implementation progress: The total implementation period is 36 months from the date the Ministry of National Defense approves the Decision approving the investment policy and assigns the investor.
