That is, there are about 2 months left until the compensation and relocation procedures must be completed.
Up to this point, Hai Chau district said that there have been 95 cases of consensus and relocation. There are 5 cases in this project that have not agreed to hand over the site because they have not agreed with the compensation plan and resettlement land arrangement.

Mr. Le Tu Gia Thanh - Chairman of Hai Chau District People's Committee - said: "The majority of households basically agreed to implement the relocation policy, and at the same time made recommendations and proposals on compensation and land arrangement for resettlement. With the authority of the district, the locality has directed relevant units to review and propose solutions to ensure the rights of the people and comply with legal regulations.
The locality is very concerned and tries to come up with the best compensation plan for the people under its authority. For households that do not agree or have opinions, there will be written responses and recommendations sent to the District People's Committee as soon as possible so that the locality has a basis to carry out the next procedures".
The high-rise e-commerce complex at Chi Lang Stadium is a project that the people and government of Da Nang City are interested in. Because this land is part of Mr. Pham Cong Danh's case, causing thousands of square meters of "golden land" in the city center to be abandoned for more than 20 years. The Da Nang City government has repeatedly worked with relevant parties to request the "redemption" of Chi Lang Stadium but has been unsuccessful.
