The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on the establishment of a Working Group and a working group to help direct land use projects in the area south of the Cau River.
The Working Group and the Working Group are responsible for directing and supporting the implementation of land-using projects in the area south of the Cau River in accordance with the project implementation schedule and in accordance with current law.
In which, the Working Group consists of 4 people, headed by Mr. Dao Quang Khai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The three deputy group members include: Mr. Hoang Ba Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Bac Ninh Province Civil Project Management and Urban Development Board No. 2, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong - Director of the Bac Ninh Province Traffic and Agricultural Project Management Board No. 2, Mr. Nguyen Manh Lan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The working group has members who are leaders of a number of Departments, branches and localities in the province.
The working group is headed by Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoa - Deputy Director of the Management Board of Civil Projects and Urban Development of Bac Ninh Province No. 2.
According to the reporter's research, in the past, Bac Ninh province has found investors for 7 new urban area projects located in the area south of the Cau River with a total investment of nearly 105 trillion VND. Specifically as follows:
1. The Northwest New Urban Area of Bac Ninh City (zone 1), area of 270 hectares, total investment capital of VND 41,270 billion.
2. New urban area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh city (zone 3) - Sub-zone 3.1, area of 48 hectares, total capital of 10,120 billion VND.
3. New urban area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh city (zone 3) - Sub-zone 3.2, area of 49 hectares, total capital of 17,300 billion VND.
4. New urban area, tourism, ecology, culture, resort, entertainment of Tu Son city (sub-zone 112.3), area 199 ha, total capital of 11,171 billion VND.
5. New urban area, tourism, ecology, culture, resort, entertainment in Tien Du district (sub-zone 112.1), area 299 hectares, total capital of VND 19,700 billion.
6. The new urban area in Dinh Bang ward, Tu Son city, with an area of 20.5 hectares and a total capital of VND 2,900 billion.
7. The new urban area in Huong Mac ward, Phu Khe ward, Tu Son city, with an area of 30.4 hectares and a total capital of VND2,500 billion.
According to the record, some of the above projects are carrying out compensation and site clearance but have encountered problems when people have not supported and agreed to hand over the site.
The establishment of a Working Group and a working group to direct land use projects in the area south of the Cau River will contribute to removing obstacles in compensation and site clearance at projects in this area.
Previously, on September 7, in Kinh Bac ward, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province - also chaired a working session with relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities on the progress of projects south of the Cau River.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested localities to strengthen propaganda and mobilization work for people, support construction investment projects, and create consensus in society.
"Households must clearly identify that investing in the construction of infrastructure, urban and service projects is mainly to better serve the living conditions of the people, for the common development of the locality, the province and the country" - Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized.
