The Gia Binh International Airport project, Bac Ninh province is a national key project, of strategic significance in socio-economic development, while contributing significantly to ensuring national defense and security in the region and the whole country.
For the project to be implemented on schedule soon, site clearance (GPMB) and land acquisition are key tasks, requiring consensus and support from the people.
Determining that special importance, Gia Binh Commune Police (Bac Ninh Province) has proactively advised local Party committees and authorities and closely coordinated with functional units to deploy many plans to ensure security and order throughout the site clearance process.
First of all, the Commune Police force focuses on grasping the situation in the area, strictly managing households, especially cases with land subject to recovery.
The Commune Police also organize propaganda and mobilize people to clearly understand the meaning and importance of the project, thereby raising awareness of compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Party and State and legal regulations on land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement.
During the deployment process, the Gia Binh Commune Police force increased patrols, controls, timely detection and handling of acts of taking advantage of the situation of complaints, inciting, disturbing, and complicating security and order.
Security and order checkpoints are deployed in key areas, while coordinating with professional units to completely resolve arising conflicts and disputes right from the grassroots, not allowing the formation of "hot spots".

Thanks to careful preparation and proactive and flexible approaches, the site clearance work to serve the Gia Binh International Airport Project is being safely and on schedule, creating high consensus among the people.
Thereby, contributing to affirming the beautiful image of the Commune Police force in being close to the people, close to the people, serving the people, while maintaining stable security and order, effectively serving the socio-economic development of Bac Ninh province and the Capital region.
About 40 km from Hanoi, Gia Binh International Airport (Bac Ninh) started construction in December 2024 with a total area of nearly 1,900 hectares.
According to the plan, the airport will be basically completed and initially put into operation from the end of 2026 to serve the 2027 APEC Summit.
By 2050, the airport's capacity will reach about 50 million passengers/year and 2.5 million tons of cargo/year.
