On January 15, the People's Committee of Tanh Linh district responded to the responsibility of individuals and units for the above project. According to the results of the year-end review in 2024, the collective leadership and each individual in the Standing Committee of the Gia An Commune Party Committee, including the Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee and Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, seriously acknowledged the shortcomings of the collective and each individual in the leadership and direction of state management in the locality when the case of illegal construction of Mr. C.T.S. occurred.
Currently, the People's Committee of Tanh Linh district is continuing to direct the handling of Mr. C.T.S's violation. After that, continue to handle the responsibility of the collective and individuals of Gia An commune according to the field of state management in the locality and of specialized agencies.
Regarding the handling of this illegally built villa, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province requires the self-demolition of the illegally built villa to be completed by January 15, 2025. After that time, if the villa owner does not comply, enforcement will be carried out according to the provisions of law.
As Lao Dong reported, this is Mr. C.T.S's villa, built without permission on a plot of land of about 600 square meters in a traditional brick and tile village in Gia An commune, Tanh Linh district since 2022.
The People's Committee of Tanh Linh district has issued a decision to impose an administrative penalty on the owner of this villa for illegal construction. However, Mr. S continued to build and complete the villa and the local authorities have repeatedly issued documents requesting him to dismantle the illegal construction, but Mr. S did not comply. The time limit for self-dismantling has been extended many times with many reasons given by the local authorities.
