On March 11, information from the People's Committee of Long Thanh district said that it had drawn lots for resettlement plots for over 500 households and individuals in the Long Phuoc resettlement area (Long Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district).
The Long Phuoc resettlement area was started at the end of 2023, covering nearly 34 hectares to serve people who gave up land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project, with a total investment of nearly 365 billion VND.
The Long Phuoc resettlement area is built with a maximum of 4 floors with 1,048 lots to accommodate 4,000 - 4,500 people, each lot has an average area of 80m2 - 125m2.
According to the reporter's records, the main items of the Long Phuoc resettlement area have been basically completed, ready to welcome people to build houses and settle down after giving up land to build the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway.
Previously, on November 19, 2024, Long Thanh district also organized a lottery to resettle 220 households in Long Phuoc, Phuoc Binh, Tan Hiep and Phuoc Thai communes in component project 2 of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway.
