    Thanh Hoa province decided to allocate dozens of land plots to implement social housing projects in 2025.

    Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council has passed a Resolution on deciding the list of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in Thanh Hoa province.

    There are a total of 16 land plots allocated for implementing projects and social housing projects. Of these, 11 land plots are located in Thanh Hoa City; 2 land plots are located in Nghi Son Town; 2 land plots are located in Tho Xuan District and 1 land plot is located in Yen Dinh District.

    Social housing in the residential area project along both sides of the CSEDP project road (in Dong Son ward, area 1.95 ha); Social housing in the new urban area project of project No. 4, new urban area in the center of Thanh Hoa city (in Dong Hai ward, area 1.41 ha).

    Social housing in the urban area east of North-South Avenue, Thanh Hoa City (in Nam Ngan Ward, area 1.16 ha); Social housing in Phu Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City, in the resettlement area of ​​Phu Son Ward, area 1.64 ha.

    There are 2 land plots of projects in Tho Xuan district including: Social housing of Project No. 2 Sao Mai New Urban Area, Lam Son - Sao Vang, Xuan Thang commune (in Sao Vang town), area of ​​2.59 ha and Regional centralized waste treatment project in Xuan Phu commune, area of ​​25 ha.

    There is a land plot in Yen Dinh district: Social housing in the Northwest industrial cluster (in Quan Lao town), with an area of ​​7.48 hectares.
