Representatives of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa commune said that the locality was established on the basis of merging the original communes of Hoang Duc, Hoang Dong, Hoang Dao, Hoang Ha, Hoang Dat and But Son town. Currently, the commune is managing a total of 115 real estate facilities, including 23 working headquarters and non-business facilities, 21 school sites, and 71 cultural and sports facilities.
After the merger, to avoid wasting public assets, the locality has developed a plan to rearrange and rearrange the old commune headquarters.

According to representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Finance, the department has sent detailed instructions to localities on arranging and rearranging headquarters after the merger.
