Dong Nai - The provincial Political - Administrative Center with an area of about 105 hectares is expected to start construction on the occasion of National Day on September 2.

On May 6, the Provincial Party Committee Office announced the conclusion of Provincial Party Committee Secretary Vu Hong Van at the working session with the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on a number of key tasks in the second quarter of 2025.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Office of the Provincial Party Committee to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to set up a group of site clearance to Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. In which, the Chairman of Thai Bao Provincial People's Council is the leader of the People's Committee of Ho Van Ha as Deputy Head. Group members include relevant agencies and units.

The Steering Committee for Site Clearance of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is responsible for directly directing relevant agencies to complete the relocation, site clearance and handover of the site before September 1, 2025 to start construction of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center on the occasion of National Day on September 2, 2025.

According to the first prize winning plan of the "Ideas for planning to convert the function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area in An Binh ward, Bien Hoa city", the Provincial Political - Administrative Center has an area of about 105 hectares including: 3 blocks of administrative buildings, conference center, square; urban service areas...

According to calculations, the total estimated investment of the Provincial Political - Administrative Center Project is about 8,600 billion VND.

Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued Decision No. 324/QD-UBND dated February 5, 2024 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approving the project to convert Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 into Urban - Trade - Service Area and improve the environment.
