Regularly review the progress and urge investors of social housing construction projects in the area, ensuring the completion of targets assigned in Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP dated January 12, 2026 of the Government. Completed in 2026.

Strictly implement the tasks and solutions on developing rental housing concluded by Prime Minister Le Minh Hung in Notice No. 262/TB-VPCP dated May 26, 2026 and Notice No. 286/TB-VPCP dated June 4, 2026 of the Government Office. Developing rental housing is a strategic pillar in housing development policy in the coming time, and at the same time is a key and core political task to ensure social security.
