According to information from Gia Vien ward, the Investment project to build technical infrastructure to serve the Investment project to renovate old apartment buildings in Dong Quoc Binh ward, old Ngo Quyen district (phase 2) is being implemented in Gia Vien ward. To date, out of a total of 1,225 households in 34 old Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings, 915 households have moved and handed over old apartments, while 310 households have not moved and handed over the site.
To ensure the project implementation progress, the People's Committee of Gia Vien Ward coordinated with Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited and the Ngo Quyen Project Management Board to establish 6 propaganda and mobilization teams.
The teams will deploy propaganda and mobilize 310 households in 34 old Dong Quoc Binh apartment buildings to accept money, hand over the site and relocate from the old apartment buildings. The time to start propaganda and mobilization is from October 18.
