Among these, 192 facilities were transferred to local management; 11 facilities were transferred; 241 facilities were recovered and handed over to the Land Fund Development Center for management and exploitation; 82 facilities were handed over to the Housing Management Center for management and exploitation and 1 facility was temporarily detained for continued use.

Surplus facilities include working headquarters and non-business establishments at both provincial and commune levels.

The Department of Finance requests agencies, units, and localities to urgently complete dossiers for handling in accordance with regulations, send them to the department for synthesis, appraisal, and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.

As of January 29, the Department of Finance has received 35 documents proposing to adjust the handling plan for 93 facilities, mainly arising the need to arrange additional offices, medical facilities, education, and cultural houses after arranging administrative units.

On that basis, the Department proposed that the Provincial People's Committee consider making appropriate adjustments to ensure the effective exploitation of public assets.

For 122 housing and land facilities transferred by central ministries and branches, only 1 facility has been completed, 64 facilities are being handed over, and 17 facilities have not yet been implemented. Relevant units are required to accelerate progress and soon put assets into management and use.

After listening to the opinions and proposals of departments, branches, and localities, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep requested that the handling of public assets must be in accordance with legal regulations, authority, standards, and norms.

The transfer and allocation of surplus public assets must have a strict policy, while prioritizing the fields of education, health, and culture.

Mr. Vo Ngoc Hiep emphasized that communes, wards, and special zones should urgently review the plan to arrange redundant facilities; if there is still a need for use, soon send a document to the Department of Finance for summarization and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.

Leaders of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested localities, departments, and branches to absolutely not allow public property to be encroached upon, degraded, damaged, causing waste and loss; and at the same time coordinate, have detailed instructions, and complete handling plans in February 2026.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with departments and branches to specifically guide the handover, management, and use of redundant facilities after arranging the apparatus and administrative units in the province, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
