The Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee, Hanoi City has just issued the 2nd notice on the collection of trees, crops and assets on land of households and individuals within the scope of the Bac Phu Cat Industrial Park Ring Road project (now Hoa Lac High-Tech Park), the area in Phu Cat commune, Hanoi city.
The Ring Road Project of Bac Phu Cat Industrial Park (now the Ring Road of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park) was approved by the Hanoi City People's Council in Resolution No. 04/NQ-HĐND dated April 9, 2019; Hanoi City People's Committee approved the feasibility study report in Decision No. 6062/QD-UBND dated October 31, 2019.
Based on the Project Construction Plan, currently the project implementing units are focusing manpower, machinery, and equipment to accelerate the construction progress of the project to soon put the project into operation.
On March 3, 2026, the Phu Cat Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board issued Notice No. 17/TB-QLDAĐTHT on the collection of trees, crops and assets on land of households and individuals within the scope of the North Phu Cat Industrial Park Ring Road project, the area in Phu Cat commune, Hanoi city.
However, through inspection, up to now, households and individuals have not yet collected crops and assets on land to hand over the site to the investor to construct and implement the project.
To ensure the project implementation progress, the Phu Cat Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board requests households to collect all trees, crops and assets on land and hand over the site before March 31, 2026 for the investor to construct and implement the project.
After March 31, 2026, if households have not complied with the relocation of assets, trees and crops on the land plot that has been paid and committed to handing over the site, the Phu Cat Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board will coordinate with agencies, departments, divisions and construction units to carry out project construction according to the plan.
