The leader of Bac Ninh club added about the reason for the departure of coach Hoang Anh Tuan: "There are many reasons, the loss to Quang Ninh in round 6 of the 2024-2025 Second Division is one of them".
The recent 0-1 defeat to Quang Ninh caused Bac Ninh to drop to 3rd place and lose the right to decide in the race for promotion tickets.
According to the tournament format, only the top two teams will qualify to compete in the First Division next season.
In that context, Bac Ninh club took the first step to adjust its professional strategy by saying goodbye to head coach Hoang Anh Tuan.
Although he is an experienced coach, having led U20 Vietnam to participate in the 2017 U20 World Cup and contributing to the youth training, coach Hoang Anh Tuan did not achieve the expected results when leading Bac Ninh.
