The first time I spoke to the board of directors, Hanoi FC had clear ambitions, not only winning but also building identity, that made me extremely excited. Hanoi FC is a team with many achievements and fans always expect the best in this club.
I know Hanoi is always waiting for titles and I accept that pressure. That is what makes football more popular. I will also try to focus on improving every day. If we can do everything the most correctly, from training standards, mentality, solidarity, then great results will come to us.
I hope to have all the respect, determination, and commitment of the players and myself. And I'm looking forward to the return of the season."
Mr. Harry Kewell wants to enjoy the challenge
When asked about his football philosophy, coach Karry Kewell said: "Football philosophy must depend on the players I have in hand, as well as work every day and show the players how to play. Every team wants to play like Man City, Liverpool but it needs time.
If you ask me what my philosophy is, I am a coach who always finds a way to adapt to my work".

The Australian strategist emphasized that Hanoi FC wants to build identity and pride, this is not an easy job but he wants to enjoy this challenge.
"I want to create excitement for the players, this brought me to Hanoi FC. For me, football is not a challenge but a learning. I want to convey to the players that they have to learn every day to improve better. That is my way of working.
Football is always under pressure. When coming to Hanoi, you have to do your daily tasks well. I always try every day, hoping that the pressure can help me create excitement", the new captain of Hanoi affirmed.
He added: "Yesterday, I had a meeting with the players and raised 3 key points to achieve good results. When I am a coach, the most important thing is to provide clear information, I want the players to understand what I want.
