Launching the book 25 years of the journey of Vietnamese professional football

The book "25 years of the journey of Vietnamese professional football" is a milestone recording the proud journey of the country's professional football.

On August 26, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), a book introduction ceremony "25 years of the journey of Vietnam's professional football" took place.

Speaking at the introduction, Mr. Tran Anh Tu - Vice President of VFF, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VPF Company, Deputy Head of the Compieling Steering Committee affirmed: "The book of 25 years of the journey of Vietnamese professional football is an elaborate record, reflecting the intelligence and efforts to contribute collectively throughout more than 2 decades of development of the country's professional football.

Vietnamese professional football arouses a new, integrated, modern and sustainable mindset; creates identity and affirms its position in the regional and continental arena for Vietnamese football.

The book not only looks back at the memorable milestones, but also looks forward to the future. The path to developing professional football is the right one, but it requires more perseverance and determination. VFF hopes that the book will be an inspiration for today's and future generations, so that players, coaches, managers, and fans are aware of their role and mission in the common journey".

Since 2000, when professional football officially started in Vietnam - it has gone through many stages with difficulties and challenges but also full of glory and pride.

25 years - not only a number of days, but also a journey of dedication of many generations of players, coaches, clubs, managers and fans across the country.

The comic book was published to record those important milestones as a vivid memoir, a source of inspiration for today's and future generations to continue writing the dream and aspiration to bring Vietnamese football to the continental and world level.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phu - VFF General Secretary, Head of the Commemorative content Committee said that the journey to implement the Book of 25 years of professional football journey in Vietnam lasts 1 year.

This is a meaningful milestone in the development journey of the country's football, a product with full content, images and enthusiasm over the past time. That is the continuous efforts of the Editorial Board, closely guiding the content image of the Steering Committee and valuable documentary contributions from historical witnesses and those who have gone through the historical journey of Vietnamese football.

Over the past 25 years, Vietnam's professional football has gone through many ups and downs, but has also witnessed comprehensive changes in management and competition organization. The Vietnam Professional Football Tournament is truly an important foundation, contributing to the development of the national team, affirming the position of Vietnamese football on the map of continental football, Mr. Phu emphasized.
