On May 14, the Vietnam women's futsal team traveled from Inner Mongolia (China) to Vietnam.

In Quang Chau, the team divided into 2 groups to travel to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to return to the club.

In the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Championship finals, students of coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang had encouraging performances, especially in the group stage.

The team has played a total of 4 matches with 2 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss against Japan in the quarter-finals.

In the whole tournament, the team scored 8 goals and conceded 3 goals - leading Group B. Although having to stop against strong opponent Japan in the quarter-finals, the team has accumulated many valuable lessons from matches with high professional quality, especially when facing the top teams in the continent.

Competing with developed futsal backgrounds has helped young Vietnamese players develop tactical thinking, physical strength and competitive spirit.

This will be an important bag for the team to aim for the next key goal of the year, the 33rd SEA Games, taking place at the end of this year.

Immediately after returning home, the coaching staff will conduct an assessment and analysis of the performance of each player.

At the same time, plan specific training, focus on improving individual skills, team coordination and enhancing physical strength to help the team achieve higher results in the international arena.
