The Southeast Asian U23 tournament is a gathering place for young football teams in the region. Therefore, the tournament has both advantages and challenges. It was their determination, strong will, effective coaching and coaching work... that helped the U23 Vietnam team win the championship trophy for the third time.

The team's achievements create a spreading effect on society, increasing confidence in the development of the country's football in the coming time.

Today, some players could not be here due to their duties with the club. The Vietnamese players were diligent like workers' bees, so we had victories. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism respectfully thanks the contributions of the coaching staff and the players to make this miracle".

Minister Nguyen Van Hung emphasized: "The Vietnamese people have the saying 'Winning is not proud, losing is not discouraged', I hope that through the meeting, we will not only encourage and motivate but also have to be more determined, not to rest in victory.

From now until the end of the year, U23 Vietnam has 2 important tournaments: the 2026 U23 Asian qualifiers and the 33rd SEA Games. I suggest that the coaching staff strengthen solutions in coaching work to continue to bring glory to the country.

I hope that with the youth, dedication and support of the fans, we will have more strength to fulfill our tasks before the Fatherland, the people and the Vietnamese sports industry".
