The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism submits to the Prime Minister to award a Certificate of Merit to U23 Vietnam

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism submitted to the Prime Minister on awarding Certificates of Merit to the collective and individuals of the Vietnam U23 team after their achievements in the Southeast Asian U23 Championship.

On July 30, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Document No. 310/TTr-BVHTTDL on awarding the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to the collective and individuals with outstanding achievements at the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Football Championship held in Indonesia.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism respectfully submitted to the Prime Minister a Certificate of Merit to the National U23 Men's Football Team; 23 athletes and 1 coach of the National U23 Men's Football Team for their outstanding achievements in winning the Gold Medal at the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Football Championship held in Indonesia.

The above reward cases have been reviewed and assessed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure compliance with regulations on subjects, standards, procedures, and records as prescribed in Clause 1 and Clause 4, Article 73 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.

List of collectives and individuals submitted to the Prime Minister for the Certificate of Merit:

1. Collective:

National U23 men's football team.

2. Individual:

- Athletes Tran Trung Kien, Cao Van Binh, Nguyen Tan, Le Van Ha, Nguyen Van Truong, Pham Ly Duc, Nguyen Hieu Minh, Nguyen Xuan Bac, Vo Anh Quan, Nguyen Cong Phuong, Khuat Van Khang, Dang Tuan Phong, Nguyen Thanh Dat, Nguyen Dinh Bac, Pham Minh Phuc, Le Van Thuan, Nguyen Thai Son, Nguyen Ngoc My, Nguyen Duc Anh, Nguyen Phi Hoang, Nguyen Quoc Viet, Nguyen Nhat Minh, Le Viktor.
