On April 28, information from Can Tho Central Hospital said that doctors of the Department of Interventional Cardiology successfully intervened in a rare case of brittle stateal duodenal rupture and closed the bilateral appointment through the skin for 16 other patients, with the support of Dr. Do Nguyen Tin, lecturer of Pediatrics at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
Accordingly, a patient named N (37 years old, Ca Mau) was admitted to the hospital on March 25 because of difficulty breathing when lying on a low head and having both legs swollen. The color-heart ultrasound results showed that the patient had an 18 - 19 mm Valsava aneurysm burst into the right20th attic, 3/4 tricuspid valve opening, increasing severe pulmonary artery pressure. The patient's history of health, no unusual diseases recorded.
Immediately upon admission, the patient was treated intensively for internal medicine and heart failure. The optimal option is to perform a cleft heart intervention technique using a skin transfer device compared to open heart surgery.

On April 25, with the support of Dr. Tin, team of the Interventional Cardiology Department (BS.CKI. Duong Hoang Man) performed intervention using tools. The procedure was successful for about 45 minutes.
On the same day, 16 other patients ( admitted from April 3) with a diagnosis of secondary duodenal Phi buttocks, with a Phi buttocks ranging in size from 24mm to 40mm, were also given skin-closing procedures.
Currently, all 17 patients are in stable health. After the intervention, clinical symptoms improved, color-heart ultrasound tested good results, and the patients are expected to be discharged in the next few days.

BS.CKII. With the development of intervention, especially the diversity of congenital heart treatment tools, Valsalva's rupture with tools is a solution that is an effective solution to replace surgical surgery.
It is known that patient N has very difficult family circumstances, and is the main breadwinner in taking care of her elderly mother and two young children. The entire cost of treatment for male patient N and 1 patient diagnosed with rented erosion (also in difficult circumstances) during this intervention is supported by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).
This has been a regular activity for many years of BIDV Bank in coordination with the Social Work Department of Can Tho Mekong Delta Hospital to support patients in the Mekong Delta region with difficult circumstances to receive treatment at the hospital.
