Welcoming the working delegation, on the side of Vietnam National Chemical Group were Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group; Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong - Chairman of Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, and the company's Board of Directors.
Speaking at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang acknowledged and praised the efforts of the collective of officials, employees, and workers of Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company in overcoming difficulties, maintaining stable production and taking good care of the lives of workers.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang requested the company to continue to pay attention to improving professional skills, improving working conditions, ensuring labor safety; focusing on caring for the material and spiritual life of workers and laborers, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
The Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor directed that, in the immediate future, it is necessary to organize for workers to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet safely and warmly, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in their commitment and strive to complete production and business tasks in 2026.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented 88 Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each gift including 1 million VND in cash and Tet gifts worth 300,000 VND, contributing to bringing a warm and meaningful Tet to workers.
