Strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly detect and handle false information and violations of festival regulations on electronic media and social networks; contributing to preserving the image and cultural and historical values of the Seal Opening Festival. Regarding the plan to protect security and order for the Seal Opening and Seal Distribution Ceremonies, report to the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and submit to the Director of the Provincial Police for approval.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh - Head of the Management Board of Nam Dinh Ward Relic Area said that according to ancient rituals, after the Seal Opening Ceremony, seals will be issued to people. However, when the Tran Temple Seal Opening Ceremony was restored, the space and security plan were not guaranteed, so the time for seals to reach people had to be postponed. In 2026, the space of Tran Temple has been expanded, security plans are guaranteed, so seals will be issued earlier than every year.
