The ceremony to commend typical families of civil servants, employees, laborers and children of civil servants, employees, laborers who won prizes in national and international exams, overcoming difficulties, and studying well in the 2025 - 2026 school year was organized by the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union together with the Conference summarizing 15 years of implementing Resolution 6b/BCH-TLĐ, Directive 03/CT/TLĐ on mobilizing female civil servants, employees and laborers and the emulation movement "Good at work - Good at home".

With the innovation of trade union levels in terms of content and methods of operation, movements, including the "Two Goods" movement, have been enthusiastically responded to by women throughout the industry.

The majority of female workers, civil servants, and laborers have stable and steadfast stances and thoughts, well comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's laws, and actively respond to women's activities launched by trade unions at all levels.
These are the bases for the implementation of Resolution 6b/BCH-TLĐ of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union to achieve many results. One of them is that in the period 2010-2025, 100% of grassroots trade unions in the administrative and non-business sectors and state-owned enterprises and 75% of grassroots trade unions outside the state sector, in units with 10 or more female workers, have established Mass Women's Affairs Committees according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The total number of grassroots trade union women's committees in the whole industry is 482 committees (out of a total of 502 grassroots trade unions), accounting for 96%.

In the period 2010-2025, the entire industry had more than 2,000 students who are children of civil servants, public employees, and laborers who won high prizes in national and international excellent student exams and were rewarded by the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade with an amount of more than 2 billion VND.
In addition, the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union also organized gifts and support for children of workers and employees in particularly difficult circumstances, striving to study well at units with an amount of nearly 1 billion VND...
Also in the period 2010-2025, the entire industry had 750,000 female workers, civil servants, and laborers achieving the title "Good at state affairs, good at housework", reaching a rate of 75.5% (of which, state management agencies and administrative and non-business units accounted for 90-95%), many collectives and individuals were awarded flags and certificates of merit at the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vietnam Industry and Trade Union...
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le An Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade - affirmed the important role of female workers, civil servants, and laborers in work and in building warm and happy families.
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union, reality shows that to well implement Resolution 6b, Directive 03, there needs to be attention from leaders at all levels, close direction from the Trade Union organization, maintaining close coordination between the Committee for the Advancement of Women and the Women's Committee to create unity in guiding viewpoints and organizing movements, only then can good results be achieved.
The work of mobilizing female workers, civil servants, and laborers in the period of industrialization - modernization of the country and the movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework" can only truly go into life, be of quality and effective when the goals and contents of the Resolution must be concretized in accordance with the characteristics of the operating situation of the industry and unit.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union awarded commendations to collectives and individuals. Including awarding Emulation Flags to 5 collectives, Certificates of Merit to 16 collectives...; commending 42 typical families of workers, civil servants and laborers, 39 children of workers, civil servants and laborers who won prizes in national and international exams, and 26 children of workers, civil servants and laborers who overcame difficulties and studied well in the 2025-2026 school year.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong said: It can be affirmed that the results that the team of female workers and employees of the Industry and Trade sector has achieved in the past time are even more practical and profound, not only making practical contributions to socio-economic growth, but also affirming the increasingly important position of the team of female workers and employees in the overall development of the country; and at the same time setting increasingly high requirements for the Trade Union organization in accompanying, caring for and promoting human resources - the central factor of development.
