Over the past years, the Lao Cai Provincial Industry and Trade Union and grassroots trade unions have coordinated well to fulfill the role and functions of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, workers and laborers.
With the motto "No union member or worker is left without Tet", Lao Cai Industry and Trade Union and Babeeni Company Union have implemented a plan to organize activities to take care of Tet for union members and workers, especially union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Trinh Nguyen Phuong - Director of Babeeni Lao Cai Company emphasized that in 2024, thanks to the efforts of the collective of workers and employees, the unit completed the plan, creating 0.5 million products for export to the international market. At the same time, it received the trust of customers and celebrities.
“With the 2025 orientation plan, the company will expand the factory, recruiting 200-300 more workers. Along with that, the construction of a 5-star hotel in Sa Pa will begin. Workers and employees of the company can rest assured that our work is always guaranteed, your efforts and hard work will be recognized,” Mr. Trinh Nguyen Phuong affirmed.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai - Chairman of Lao Cai Industry and Trade Union excitedly said: "This is the second year that Babeeni grassroots union has advised Lao Cai Industry and Trade Union to coordinate in organizing the Tet Sum Vay program. The program demonstrates the concern and care of business leaders and trade union organizations for union members and workers in the company.

On this occasion, the Babeeni Lao Cai Company Union presented 26 gifts to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, affected by storm No. 3. Along with that, certificates of merit were awarded to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements during their work.
