At the 6th Congress, term 2025-2030, the Trade Union of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation (PV Power) determined to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, taking workers as the center; perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
Along with that, the PV Power Agency Trade Union aims to continue to improve the effectiveness of propaganda and education; promote practical and effective emulation movements; promote the core role in building a corporate culture, building a united, professional and creative working environment.
The Trade Union will also increase the application of information technology in management, operation and organization of activities; improve the quality of the Trade Union staff to meet the requirements in the digital transformation period.
It is known that in the 2023-2025 term, the PV Power Agency Trade Union has performed well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Policy regimes, wages, bonuses, Social Insurance, occupational safety and hygiene... are implemented promptly and in accordance with regulations; emulation movements for good workers, creative workers, and emulation to complete professional tasks are maintained effectively, creating motivation for workers to strive to contribute.
