The Party Committee of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group has directed its affiliated Party Committees to closely coordinate with the entire Group and trade union organizations to organize periodic dialogues, creating conditions for unit leaders to directly listen to the thoughts and aspirations and absorb the opinions and recommendations of workers.
Through that, many practical issues related to rights, working conditions, occupational safety and hygiene, regimes and policies have been reflected and resolved promptly at the facility.
The Party with Workers - Workers with the Party Forum is held at many units before the Party congresses at all levels, creating an open and frank exchange space, promoting grassroots democracy and strengthening the connection between the Party organization and union members and workers.
The contents focus on issues of concern to workers such as policies, working conditions, occupational safety and hygiene, human resource development, alcohol prevention, stimulants, etc.
Some units have organized effectively such as: Vietsovpetro with 17/17 grassroots trade unions coordinated to organize dialogues and resolve 53 recommendations; PVFCCo organized forums associated with reviewing outstanding union members to introduce them to the Party; PV College organized a thematic activity of Workers with the Party - Party for Workers, creating conditions for workers to exchange directly with school leaders.
Previously, the Group's Youth Union organized a dialogue between the General Director and representatives of union members and youth of the Group, the earliest unit to implement Decree No. 13/2021/ND-CP dated March 1, 2021 of the Government regulating dialogue with youth.
In particular, during the Youth Month, the General Director of the Group will have a direct and online dialogue with all Youth Union institutions in the whole Group through MS Teams platforms, livestreaming with the theme "Variation management; Adding new motivation; renewing old motivation; Creating new energy sources; Reaching heights", attracting more than 11,500 union members to participate.
Coordinate with grassroots youth unions to organize Youth Month activities, educate revolutionary ideals, promote the spirit of initiative, volunteerism, and creativity of young people in performing political tasks.
Party committees at all levels have paid attention to directing the work of discovering and rewarding outstanding workers; introducing exemplary union members to consider, train, and admit to the Party, contributing to building a team of workers "both rosy and specialized", inheriting the tradition of the Vietnamese working class.
