The Internationaal employees organization is under the Dutch employees' union.
The training course organized by both sides with the content "Effective dialogue skills at the workplace and collective bargaining" was held in Ho Chi Minh City on November 21-22.
The training participants are union officials, representatives of enterprise leaders, union members of 12 enterprises in the Southern region; some major brands and grassroots unions under the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
Students are able to exchange and improve their skills in dialogue at the workplace and collective bargaining effectively. According to the trainees, the training content is practical because they are exchanged and discussed specifically on many basic issues related to dialogue and collective bargaining.
One of them is the careful preparation process; visualize the problems that the parties are facing; skills to share, listen and explore... This knowledge will help union officials effectively organize dialogues and negotiations at the unit to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers as well as build harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
