Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) as head of the delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts to the engineering and labor force of the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) that is strengthening and supporting the construction of the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line - a national key project that is entering the final stage.
The working delegation included Mr. Uong Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of Vietnam Electricity Trade Union; Mr. Vu Hong Nguyen - Permanent Deputy Secretary of EVNNPT Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Huy Thang - Vice Chairman of EVNNPT Trade Union and leaders of the units directly constructing the project, including: Power Transmission Company 4, Power Transmission Company 1.
The delegation directly went to the construction site at location 317 by Tay Ninh Power Transmission Team (TTD) under Power Transmission Company 4 and the Southern Power Project Management Board (SPMB) who are pulling a wire around the 317318 anchor; location 334 by Dong Thap Power Transmission Team under Power Transmission Company 4 who are pulling a wire around the 332334 anchor; location 380 by Hoa Binh Power Transmission Team under Power Transmission Company 1.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the EVN Party Committee, praised and acknowledged the spirit of efforts to overcome difficulties, be ready to take on tasks in remote areas, and the harsh conditions of the engineering force and workers of the National Power Transmission Corporation to support and participate in the construction of the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line - a national key project that is entering the current water retention stage.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan emphasized that the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line project is of special importance in ensuring power transmission from major energy centers in the Northwest region, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the region and national energy security.
The fact that units in the entire National Power Transmission Corporation unite, proactively increase forces, support each other to speed up progress clearly demonstrates the spirit of "discipline - Unity" in the entire Group.
This is also a concrete demonstration of the close direction of Party committees at all levels in implementing key political tasks, ensuring safe and stable power supply, continuously restoring the development of the country and people's lives.
On this occasion, the working group presented many practical gifts, encouraging the spirit of the workers and engineers who are working day and night at the construction site for the goal of reaching the finish line on schedule.
