Accordingly, Hanoi Electricity Corporation (EVNHANOI) has organized a campaign for its employees to donate and support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
The launching ceremony was attended by the full participation of the Party Committee, Board of Members, Board of Directors, Standing Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union, leaders of the Corporation's functional departments, employees of the Corporation's agencies and nearly 40 online bridges at affiliated units to share the difficulties and losses of people affected by floods.
Right at the launching ceremony, all EVNHANOI employees participated in contributing and supporting in cash. All donations will be transferred to the Corporation's Trade Union to use for activities to visit and support people affected by the storm and flood to help overcome the consequences.
The Board of Directors and the Trade Union of the Electricity, Telecommunications and Information Technology Company (EVNICT) have just organized a donation to support the work of overcoming the effects of storms and floods in 2024 with the participation of representatives of employees of units in the company.
With the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, helping each other, sharing food and clothes, the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union Executive Board call on all union members, officers and employees in the Company to contribute to the fund at least 1 day's salary calculated on the Group's basic salary with the total salary coefficient of each person.
50% of the collected amount will be contributed to the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union for general use for activities at the Vietnam Electricity Group level to visit and support people affected by damage and overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods; 50% will be left at EVNICT, managed by the Trade Union and used to visit, support and overcome natural disasters caused by storms and floods.
As a result, employees of EVNICT units have donated 66,250,000 VND to support people affected by storms and floods.
Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storms and floods
Storms and floods have caused severe damage in many provinces in the northern region.
