Mr. Van Huu Thanh - Deputy Director of Lao Cai Province Department of Transport thanked the delegation of Vietnam Transport Trade Union for sharing the difficulties of union members and workers of Lao Cai Province Department of Transport; this timely encouragement will be the motivation for them to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
