The Vinaship Shipping Joint Stock Company's Trade Union is the unit directed by the Trade Union of the Maritime Corporation to organize the 12th Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress was attended by 87 delegates representing 464 union members.
The report of the 11th Company's Trade Union Executive Board shows that in the period of 2023 - 2025, the movement of workers, civil servants, and Vinaship Trade Union activities will be implemented in the context of the Company recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic and having many factors affecting the Company's production and business activities, determining the employment, income, and life of union members, workers, and Trade Union activities.
However, the collective leadership, union members, and workers of Vinaship have raised the spirit of solidarity, determination to overcome difficulties, promote internal resources, seize opportunities, adapt flexibly to operate the fleet safely and effectively, expand the market, care for customers, deploy new additional services, and improve the quality of the team of officers, workers, officers, and crew members.
The targets and tasks of output, revenue and profit in this period have all been achieved and exceeded. This is also a basic advantage for the Executive Board of Vinaship Trade Union, member grassroots trade unions and trade union groups in the Company to effectively and promptly implement activities to protect and care for union members, workers, officers, crew members, etc.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, Vinaship Company's Trade Union sets out 9 targets, 7 groups of tasks and solutions determined to build a strong and comprehensive Vinaship Trade Union; innovate content and methods of operation; focus on performing the function of representing, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers; build a team of workers and civil servants with political will, professional qualifications, discipline, professionalism, creativity, and dedication to work; build stable and progressive labor relations; build a strong Trade Union organization, contributing worthyly to the successful implementation of the Company's strategy and vision.
Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union Mai Le Loi suggested that for the 2025-2030 term, Vinaship Trade Union continue to promote the achieved results, improve the effectiveness of participation in developing policies, rules, regulations and regulations in enterprises related to employees, officers and crew members; closely follow the direction of the Corporation's Trade Union, study the application of digital transformation in Trade Union activities; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of labor laws and grassroots democracy regulations according to regulations...
