Based on the orientation of key tasks of trade union activities in 2025, the Vietnam Agricultural and Environmental Trade Union guides a number of key tasks of women's trade union work in 2025.
One of the key tasks mentioned is to promote the implementation of Conclusion No. 05/KL-TLD on continuing to implement Resolution No. 12b/NQ-BCH on the Women's Union of non-state enterprises; promote the establishment, improve and improve the quality of activities of the Women's Union at all levels, focus on the establishment of women's union committees of non-state enterprises according to the target of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Propaganda raises awareness and skills of workers in caring for children and building family happiness. Well perform the role of representing, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female workers through dialogue at the workplace and negotiation and signing of Collective Labor Agreements. Implement activities to support female union members and workers to promote good traditional values in the family, build a warm, progressive, happy, civilized family; prevent domestic violence.
With these contents, the Vietnam Agricultural and Environment Trade Union has determined specific directions and tasks to promote the role of female workers in the emulation movement, contributing to the excellent completion of the unit's political and professional tasks in 2025.
