Responding to the Launching Ceremony, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union organized a bridge point at VICEM Hoang Thach Cement Co., Ltd. (Hai Phong).
Attending at the Vietnam Construction Trade Union bridge point, on the side of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction were Comrade Pham Thi Thu Hoa, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction; Comrade Vu Minh Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Construction.
On the side of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, there were Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; Comrade Au Thi Dinh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; leaders of affiliated trade unions and all officials, civil servants, and employees of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union Agency.
On the side of Vietnam Cement Corporation (VICEM) and VICEM Hoang Thach Cement One Member Limited Liability Company were Comrade Bui Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Cement Corporation; Comrade Le Xuan Khoi, Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of VICEM Hoang Thach Cement One Member Limited Liability Company and more than 100 union members and employees of the Company.
At the program, delegates jointly participated in the ceremony to launch the emulation movement in an online form, synchronously connected with bridge points across the country, showing determination to successfully implement the goals of the movement in the new period.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, emphasized that the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" is a major policy, of practical significance right after the success of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union. The movement not only arouses the spirit of creative labor, affirms the role of the Trade Union organization, but also aims to improve the production and business efficiency of enterprises, improve the material and spiritual life of workers, contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development goals of the country.
To make the movement substantive and effective, the Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union proposed that trade union levels in the Construction industry urgently concretize the contents and emulation targets suitable to the specific characteristics of each agency, unit, and enterprise; promote coordination with experts and employers to create mechanisms and resources to support union members and workers to promote initiatives, technical improvements, optimize production processes, improve labor productivity and income. At the same time, pay attention to discovering, commending, rewarding, and replicating advanced examples and typical initiatives to create a widespread emulation motivation in the whole industry.
Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, expressed his belief that with the active participation of trade union levels, the companionship of businesses and the sense of responsibility and creativity of union members and workers, the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" will achieve many practical results, contributing to building the Construction industry to become increasingly sustainable.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union awarded 4 Creative Labor Certificates of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to individuals representing 19 typical individuals in the industry who received Creative Labor Certificates in 2025, to recognize their outstanding contributions in labor production, research, application of science and technology and technical innovation, contributing to improving productivity, quality, and business efficiency at units.
Also at the program, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union presented 100 gifts to workers of VICEM Hoang Thach Cement Co., Ltd. to encourage, share and motivate union members and workers to continue to strive to overcome difficulties, enthusiastically compete in labor production, and contribute to the development of the enterprise and the Construction industry.
