In the face of the losses caused by grassroots trade unions and union members due to floods and storms No. 10, 11, 12, the Vietnam Health Trade Union has directly supported union members and workers affected by Decision 1411/QD-TLD of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor at the levels of: union members and workers who died, up to 10 million VND/person; workers with permanent disabilities, from 5 to 10 million VND/person; union members and workers with injuries, up to 5 million VND/person. In other cases, the maximum is 2 million VND/person/time.
According to statistics from the Vietnam Health Trade Union, as of November 17, 2025, the unit has supported 6 grassroots trade unions with an amount of 100 million VND; supported 54 union members with an amount of 110 million VND. The Vietnam Health Trade Union is continuing to support cases sent back by the unit that suffered damage due to floods.
In addition, the Vietnam Health Trade Union coordinated with the Ministry of Health to organize a launching ceremony for the health sector in response to the donation movement to support people in provinces and cities affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi). All contributions should be sent to the Central Relief Fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to promptly share with people and colleagues in the health sector in disaster areas.
