Why should you eat whole wheat crackers?
Whole wheat biscuits are made from whole wheat flour, which still retains the bran and germ of the wheat grain, so they are rich in nutrients such as fiber, B vitamins, vitamin E, antioxidants, fat, protein, and minerals such as calcium, potassium, and iron.
100 grams of whole wheat flour contains only 340 calories and about 4% sugar, beneficial carbohydrates so it is very suitable for people who are losing weight, not harmful to people with diabetes, does not produce much acid in the blood and helps stabilize blood sugar.
