Ingredient:
30 grams of gondh candy
30 grams ghee
30 grams sugar
350ml milk
First heat ghee in a pan, once hot add gondh.
When the ghee gondola mixture starts popping, add milk and mix well.
Next, wait for the milk to curdle, stirring constantly to ensure the ingredients do not stick to the bottom of the pan. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and reaches the desired consistency.
Add sugar last. Cook for another 2 minutes to ensure sugar dissolves.
Pour the mixture into a square plate and press down so that the mixture takes the shape of a plate.
Garnish with nuts of your choice and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Finally, cut the milk cake into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
