How to make a flavorful stir-fried pork stomach with pickles

The weather is cool in the fall, the flavorful dishes are favored by many families. Accordingly, apply the recipe to make delicious stir-fried pork stomach with pickles to treat family members.

To make this dish, housewives need to prepare a stomach of about 500 - 600gr; 300gr sour watermelon; 2 tomatoes; dried onions, garlic, ginger; green onions, Vietnamese coriander, fresh chili and some other basic spices.

First, proceed with stomach preparation, the left stomach culverts, and remove all the fat inside. Add about 2 - 3 tablespoons of seed salt and a little vinegar (or lemon juice) to the steep thoroughly to remove oil and odor. Rinse with cold water.

Place the pan over the stove, add a little cooking oil and heat, un fragrant 1/2 of the onion and minced garlic. Add the pickles to stir-fry for about 3 - 4 minutes to catch the pickles and give them a fragrant aroma. Next, add the tomatoes and stir-fry and season with a little seasoning. When the tomatoes are tender, have the melon and tomatoes on a plate.

Continue to add less cooking oil and the remaining fried onions, minced garlic and shredded ginger. Adjust the stove to a high temperature, add the thinly sliced stomach and stir-fry quickly for about 2 - 3 minutes. Season with a little fish sauce and seasoning seeds to taste and stir-fry quickly to help the stomach become crispy without being tough.

Add the stir-fried melon and tomatoes to the pan and stir-fry together with the stomach for about 1 minute to help blend the ingredients. Finally, add green onions, Vietnamese coriander, sliced chili and a little ground pepper, stir well and turn off the stove.

The stir-fried pork stomach with melon can be eaten with hot rice to help feel the flavor more fully.
