Crab noodle soup is one of the easiest dishes and does not take too much time to prepare. Crab noodle soup mixed with a delicious combination of the noodles, the sweet taste of crab soup, the refreshness of water spinach served with rich sauce will create an interesting culinary experience.
To make water spinach-mixed crab noodles, housewives need to prepare about 500gr of copper crab; 300gr of red rice cake; 1 batch of water spinach; 200gr of pork belly or cartilage ribs (optional; 150gr of fish cakes (or longan leaf cakes); 2 - 3 tomatoes and some other basic spices.
After being bought, field crab needs to be cleaned, the apricot is removed to remove bricks and the stems are ground with less salt. Filter the blended crab through the sieve with just enough water to remove the juice, removing the residue.

Soak the red rice cake in cold water for about 10 minutes until the noodles are soft and boiled, then rinse with cold water so that the noodles do not stick together.
Green fried fish cakes, sliced into pieces to taste; washed tomatoes, sliced areca bags and stir-fried to color the broth; crispy non-yellow dried onions.
Add the rice paper to a large bowl, add water spinach, native bean sprouts, fish cakes and some crab soup on top. Add a moderate amount of water, sprinkle with roasted peanuts, fried onions and chopped herbs.
Note that when eating, you should mix the mixture well to blend the toppings together. You can prepare a small bowl of broth separately to serve with the mixed crab noodle soup.
