Add the lettuce, purple cabbage, apples and cherry tomatoes to a large bowl. Pour slowly about 2/3 of the mixture and mix together to help the vegetables absorb the spices without crushing them. Next, add seaweed and mix well again.

Present seaweed apple salad on a plate, sprinkle shrimp eggs and roasted sesame seeds on top to make it more attractive. If you want to have a rich taste, you can pour the remaining sauce into the salad before enjoying it.
