From a group trend on social networks, the " kitchen-loving" movement has spread strongly in the Vietnamese women's community. Photos of clean kitchens, homemade dishes or sharing memories associated with familiar flavors... gradually create a community connected by the love of cooking, love of meticulousness and love of oneself.
Turning the kitchen into a place for relaxation and healing
The local housewife group where Ms. Hoang Thu Hien participates always encourages women to connect and heal through cooking and sharing delicious dishes every day. Since then, Ms. Hien has started updating her own dishes on Facebook as a way to save personal memories. However, surprisingly, each photo, each formula she posts receives hundreds of interactions. Viewers are not only attracted by the image of the dish, but also feel the sincerity, simplicity and emotion in each story she tells.

Occasionally cooking and selling food for fun is also a way to cook a lot without being afraid of eating alone, Ms. Hien happily said.
From a small passion, her cooking and selling of homemade dishes has been maintained regularly for 7 years. Although not fixed, not following the market rhythm, it is that "excitement" that makes the kitchen very real.
For Ms. Hien, cooking is not only a hobby, but also a journey to return to her own self. Although busy with orders, she still maintains the habit of preparing everything carefully. "I cook because of my passion, so I never allow myself to do reckless things. No matter who is cooked for, it must be clean and standard, she shared.

In her small kitchen, the sound of a knife, a pot of anger blends with the sound of laughter, and the bustling stories in the afternoon cooking tea and fish stew. For her, it is not only a place to prepare food but a space to connect - where everyone cooks together, lays together, and slows down together in the midst of a bustling life.
Every dish is a piece of memory
Not an elaborate dish or a "trend" dish, what makes diners remember the dishes that Ms. Hien cooks is the familiarity and authenticity.
Each dish is associated with a memory, a unique story: a cup of fragrant sweet soup reminiscent of her childhood with her mother; a batch of braised fish reminds her of the silver-shaped rice dish; a cool, soaked bottle of dreamy water revives the image of a bustling summer afternoon, the sound of the sound of the sound of the sound of the wind, and the quiet calls in the alley.
"I don't chase hot dishes. I cook dishes associated with my childhood, with memories. Those are dishes that last longer than the trend, she said.

That is also the reason why people not only eat her dishes with taste, but also with memories and emotions.
The " kitchen-loving" movement is not only a trend, but has become a lifestyle, where women are not bound, but freely choose to stand in the kitchen as a journey back to the core values: care, sharing and slow down to feel the joy of small things.
