The Binh Thuan Industrial Parks Trade Union currently has 36 grassroots trade unions with more than 9,400 union members. The entire Binh Thuan province currently has 9 industrial parks. In 2024, the production and business activities of a number of enterprises in the province's industrial parks will be relatively stable, security and order will be ensured, and the income and life of workers will improve. The average salary of workers is 6.5 million VND/person/month.
The Industrial Parks Trade Union coordinated with relevant agencies to work with the leaders of Phu Thinh Real Estate Investment Company Limited on unpaid wages and unpaid social insurance for employees.
And worked with Khai Hoan Wood Processing Export Joint Stock Company to resolve complaints from employees about unpaid social insurance, to ensure the legal rights and interests of union members and employees. The result was to resolve, finalize and return social insurance books to 15 employees who had quit their jobs with a total amount of 350 million VND.
Organizing collective kitchens for workers in enterprises with a large number of workers continues to be maintained, the quality of meals always ensures nutrition and food hygiene and safety.
The work of developing union members at affiliated grassroots unions took place vigorously with 2,038 union members admitted and 2 new grassroots unions established.
In 2025, the Binh Thuan Industrial Parks Trade Union continues to set the task of focusing resources on taking care of the welfare of union members and workers in the new situation. Strengthening welfare and attracting and gathering workers into the trade union organization.
On this occasion, the Binh Thuan Industrial Parks Trade Union awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 50 individuals who excellently completed their tasks in the emulation movement and trade union activities.
