The Congress was attended and directed by Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Also attending were Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Trinh Tuan Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province; representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, the Provincial Labor Federation, provincial departments, branches and 368 official delegates, representing more than 300,000 union members and workers in the province.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", at the opening session, delegates listened to the report on the results of the first session of the 21st Provincial Trade Union Congress; Political report of the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation Executive Committee to the 21st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congress also listened to the Report summarizing the opinions and recommendations of union members and workers to the Party, the State, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and authorities at all levels.
In addition, at the Congress, many presentations were also presented, focusing on caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers and innovating trade union activities, especially at the grassroots level.
