At the first working session, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress introduced delegates; elected the Presidium, Secretariat and the Delegation of Delegation status Inspection Board. At the same time, the Congress approved the program, internal rules and working regulations.
Along with that, the Congress listened to the presentation of the results of the delegate status review; report on the synthesis of comments, amendments and supplements to the draft Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; review report of the Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, term XX, to the 21st Congress; report on the synthesis of opinions on the participation in documents of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
One of the key contents of the working session is to elect the Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor for the 21st term, 2025-2030; elect delegates to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 2026-2031.
The working session also took time for delegates to discuss and contribute opinions on the contents submitted to the Congress; at the same time, disseminated some contents on preparations for the solemn session taking place on the morning of December 22.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 21st Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, will officially open on the morning of December 22. The Congress was attended by 368 official delegates, representing more than 300,000 union members, workers, civil servants and laborers in the province.
