In the first 6 months of the year, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has stepped up propaganda, education, and mobilization of female union members and workers; promptly implemented the policies and resolutions of the Party and the Trade Union organization, especially policies related to female and child workers.
At the same time, guide grassroots trade unions to implement key contents on gender equality, population, family and children in 2025.
Trade unions at all levels continue to launch the emulation movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" associated with many other emulation movements, creating a widespread influence among female union members and employees, contributing significantly to the completion of the political tasks of the agency or unit.
Previously, on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (8.3), the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Thanh Hoa Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Association to organize the contest "talented - charming female union members of Thanh Hoa" in 2025.
At the contest, contestants from 5 competition clusters went through 4 rounds: Greeting, talent demonstration, union dance, learning about legal knowledge about female workers and Ao Dai performance.
The contest is a useful playground, creating conditions for female union officials and union members to exchange, promote the talent, confidence and beauty of Vietnamese women in the new era.
On the same occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals of the Provincial Women's Entrepreneurs Association who have made many contributions to the women's movement (workers and civil servants) and trade union activities.
Notably, the activities of the female workers' club at the two large enterprises attracted 15,000 union members to participate.
In addition, the online contest "Learning about legal knowledge on domestic violence prevention and control" also received the response of many female union members and employees.
Many exciting activities have created a joyful atmosphere, encouraging female union members and workers to actively participate in the patriotic emulation movement, building happy families, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province to become more civilized and modern.
