Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Corporation's Party Committee and Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, based on the Plan to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 3rd Trade Union Congress of the Corporation for Power generation, term 2025 - 2030, as of October 31, 2025, the Corporation for Power generation 1 Trade Union has successfully directed 100% of grassroots trade unions under the organization of grassroots trade union congresses, term 2025 - 2030.
This is an important milestone, affirming the strong, unified and effective direction of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Power Corporation 1 in implementing preparations for the Trade Union Congress at all levels, towards the Trade Union Congress of Power Corporation 1 for the new term.
According to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Power Corporation 1, the organization process is strictly implemented from the stage of planning, thoroughly grasping instructions, to personnel work and organizing the Congress. Each affiliated grassroots Trade Union has proactively developed a project, selected a suitable time, ensuring the Congress is democratic, in accordance with the Trade Union Charter and regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The grassroots trade union congresses all fully ensure two key contents, including summarizing the work of trade union activities in the period of 2022 - 2025 and the direction and tasks for the period of 2025 - 2030, and at the same time determining the direction and tasks for the new term close to the reality of each unit.
Many grassroots trade unions have integrated cultural, artistic and exchange activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere and a spirit of solidarity, encouraging union members to actively contribute opinions, the movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Workers of Power Corporation 1 - Proactive, creative, responsible, and effective" have created a widespread influence. In the period of 2022 - 2025, the whole Corporation recorded nearly 1,000 initiatives. Of which, over 100 initiatives of female workers have been recognized and effectively applied at power plants.
As a result, 13/13 units have completed the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union with high consensus, demonstrating inheritance and innovation. Entering the new term, term 2025 - 2030, 100% of grassroots trade unions under the Trade Union of Power Corporation 1 determined to continue to innovate operating methods, promote the application of digital technology in management and communication; promote collective strength, arouse the creativity of each employee; take more comprehensive care of the material and spiritual life; build a strong Trade Union organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the goal with Power Corporation 1: "Safety - "Safety - Efficiency - Sustainability - Successful digital transformation".
In reality, the grassroots unions under the management of the company have determined to focus on specific goals such as Striving to exceed production and business targets; Ensuring a stable material and spiritual life and income for workers and civil servants; Promoting the spirit of innovation and digital transformation.
According to the assessment, the completion of 100% of grassroots trade union congresses not only marks the success in terms of organization but also affirms the proactive spirit, "Solidarity - Innovation - Creativity - Responsibility", creating an important foundation for the digital transformation journey and sustainable development of each unit of Power Corporation 1 in the new period.
