According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center (Hanoi Department of Home Affairs), at the job fair organized by the Center in coordination with the People's Committee of Ha Dong District on March 24, there were the participation of 69 enterprises, corresponding to 1,276 recruitment targets in many fields such as finance, technology, communications, healthcare, services, etc.

Attending the trading session, representative of Doojung Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Ms. Dao Thoa - said that the employer is looking for human resources in two groups: production and office. In particular, at the session on March 24, the company hopes to reach out to students who are about to graduate and have an advantage in English who want to apply for positions such as marketing.
"We are recruiting 100 personnel to serve the needs of the manufacturing sector, the salary can be up to 10 million VND/month. For positions such as marketing and accounting, the salary will depend on the experience and skills of the candidate, Ms. Thoa added.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha - representative of Fubon Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited, this is the time when the labor market has many changes, when companies are continuously recruiting more staff.
Ms. Ha said: "We need at least 100 people in the positions of: Senior manager, head of sales department and consultant. For consultants, the basic salary is 15 million VND/month for full-time employees. For positions such as department head and manager, depending on experience and the company's targets, the salary can be from 25 - 45 million VND/month".
Speaking at the program, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs - Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam - said that the labor market in the first months of 2025 is showing positive signs. Organizing a job fair and consultation session is one of the important solutions, creating opportunities for workers and students to access information on recruitment needs of businesses, units, and vocational training institutions.
Accordingly, in the first 3 months of 2025, the whole city has created jobs for 54,131 workers, reaching 32.3% of the plan, an increase of 10.12% over the same period in 2024. In the first 2 months of the year, the city has resolved unemployment insurance policies for more than 6,700 people, a decrease of 3,287 people compared to the same period in 2024.
Diversifying job and internship opportunities
Ms. Tran Thu Huong (35 years old, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi) with the desire to change the environment and increase income has consulted with a number of businesses.
I have many years of experience in the sales field, especially team management. This morning, I listened to advice and also applied to a number of recruiting businesses. With my experience, I expect to achieve a salary of 20 - 25 million VND/month, higher than my current job," said Ms. Huong.

Present at the program early, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - a 4th year student majoring in Finance - Banking (Dai Nam University) - has high expectations for businesses with good salary levels and training programs for students about to graduate.
Today, I want to hear direct advice from employers, especially those who are recruiting positions related to the banking and finance sector. After listening to a business's consultation, I wanted a salary of 15 million VND/month. I will continue to consult and listen to further advice to have a clearer direction for myself, Mr. Hung revealed.
Unlike Mr. Hung, Ms. Nguyen Hien Minh - a 3rd year student majoring in Accounting (Dai Nam University) - feels quite worried about future job opportunities. "Because I don't have much practical experience, I don't have a clear direction. I plan to go to the trading session to listen to more advice, especially to find businesses that are recruiting interns or have training programs for students with little experience" - Ms. Minh said.
