On July 21, the Vietnam Education Trade Union (VTC) said that, implementing the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the 2025 Work Program, the VTC issued documents directing all levels of trade unions to propagate and mobilize cadres, teachers and workers (CBNGNLD) to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.
Continue to effectively implement the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels; Resolution of the 16th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; propaganda activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; action program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to implement the Resolutions and Directives of the Central Committee.
Propagate the participation in giving comments on amending and supplementing a number of Laws and legal documents of the Ministry of Education and Training on regimes and policies for employees. Propagating major holidays of the country, of the trade union organization and important historical events in 2025.
The Trade Union organizes propaganda activities of the industry, of trade unions, activities to care for employees, creating a wide spread among employees. Implementing the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Education, the General Confederation of Education at all levels has deployed and organized over 130 propaganda activities in diverse forms, easily accessible and suitable for practical conditions.
In particular, focusing on propagating and mobilizing employees to actively respond to and strictly implement the Party's policies, the State's policies on streamlining the apparatus organization, decisions on reorganizing the apparatus and job positions, improving the capacity and operational efficiency of trade unions at all levels; promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of employees to report and reflect to the Party Committee, coordinate with experts to have appropriate solutions to create consensus and comply with decisions on reorganizing the apparatus and job positions in the unit.
