On July 15, the Vietnam Education Trade Union (VTC) said that on the occasion of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the VTC organized a series of activities to care for union members and their children in difficult circumstances.
At the "Thank You to Workers in 2025" Program, the Trade Union presented 120 gifts to workers, each including 2 million VND in cash and a gift bag worth 750,000 VND; awarded 10 scholarships worth 2 million VND/scholarship to workers with outstanding achievements in studying and training.
Also on the occasion of Workers' Month, the Trade Union organized the "Creative Labor Festival" and organized an exhibition "Creative Journey, Aspiration to Rise Up" displaying hundreds of scientific research products of cadres, teachers, and workers (CBNGNLD) of 35 units under the Trade Union.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the work of honoring and rewarding typical advanced examples in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns of trade unions at all levels continued to be promoted with many new and creative ways of doing things, bringing practical results, motivating employees to overcome difficulties in professional work, promoting innovation. The material and spiritual life of employees is practically cared for, the environment is friendly, and school discipline and order are enhanced.
Accordingly, the Trade Union has honored and rewarded employees with achievements in work, study, scientific research and technology transfer: Honored and rewarded 17 teachers and scientists with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Scientific research and technology transfer" in 2025; awarded the 2024 Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 5 teachers.
Trade Unions at all levels have closely coordinated with authorities at the same level to promptly honor and reward outstanding union officials, dedicated and creative teachers.
There are 31 units that promptly honor and reward 703 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in teaching, learning and scientific research and many innovations and creativity in trade union activities, contributing to the development of agencies, units, schools and the Industry.
