Vietnam Power Logistics Vina Co., Ltd., Eo Eo Vina Co., Ltd., IMina Vina Co., Ltd., First Rubber Co., Ltd., Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The Congress took place in the context that the entire Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union system is striving to innovate, improve the quality of activities, and better care for the rights of union members and workers in enterprises.
The report at the congress showed that in the past term, the grassroots trade unions of companies have achieved many outstanding results: coordinating with the professional team to ensure jobs and stable income for workers; effectively implementing periodic dialogue, negotiation and signing collective labor agreements at the workplace with favorable terms for workers.
In addition, the grassroots Trade Union also did a good job of family planning, building a new cultural family; organizing many practical care activities such as visiting and supporting union members in difficult circumstances, giving Tet gifts, organizing periodic health check-ups, cultural and sports activities.
The leaders of Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor hope that the grassroots trade unions of companies will continue to promote their core role in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; actively contributing to the development of enterprises.










These are all large-scale grassroots unions that gather a large number of union members. Therefore, in the 2025-2030 term, the Executive Committee needs to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on caring for the practical interests of union members and workers.
Improve the quality of dialogue and collective bargaining, ensuring that the provisions in collective labor agreements are increasingly beneficial to employees.
Pay attention to building a team of capable, courageous and dedicated union officials; maintain industrial discipline, and perfect a strong union organization. Promote the application of digital transformation in union member management, in union communication and in implementing emulation movements.
