On June 4, the Tay Ho District Labor Federation (Hanoi) held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the 12th Politburo on "Promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"; summarizing the activities of the Education and Training Trade Union in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
Over the past 10 years, the Tay Ho District Labor Federation has issued documents and organized conferences to disseminate Directive 05-CT/TW to members of the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee of the District Labor Federation, Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and members of the Executive Committee of the affiliated grassroots trade unions.
Tay Ho District Trade Union at all levels organized over 350 conferences to disseminate and study the topic to more than 19,000 cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD).
After having a guiding plan of the District Labor Federation, grassroots unions coordinate with counter-level authorities to organize conferences to disseminate, disseminate and develop a plan to organize implementation according to the content of guiding the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo in accordance with the actual conditions of each agency, unit and enterprise.
Accordingly, in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, the district trade union levels and cadres, union members and employees in the district have captured the basic contents of the Politburo's Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo and the annual learning topic. The awareness of the contingent of cadres, union members and employees of the district has been improved and understands more deeply about the meaning, importance, the necessity and urgency of continuing to promote learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the current period.
The building of a learning model has become more clearly marked in the implementation and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of work and training; at the same time, through learning and following, a team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers with strong political will has been built, gradually improving their capacity, scientific and specialized nature in work, building thecracy; implementing administrative reform, improving the quality of service to the people, etc.
In order to recognize the achievements of collectives and individuals in implementing Directive No. 05, at the conference of 18 collectives and 21 individuals, they were honored to receive awards from the District Labor Federation.
On this occasion, the Tay Ho District Labor Federation also organized a summary of the activities of the Education and Training Trade Union for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the Tay Ho District Labor Federation is always proactive and creative in implementing activities, maintaining stable and orderly operation of grassroots trade unions of schools, effectively implementing key tasks, programs and plans set out in the school year; emulation movements are taking place enthusiastically, effectively and positively affect the educational environment as well as the quality of the staff, teachers, staff and workers.
The trade union coordinates with the government to implement practical and effective activities to promote information technology application activities, promote information technology application to serve innovation in teaching methods, education management, etc. The emulation movement "Creative initiatives" is focused on by the grassroots trade union to promote effectively and with quality.
The contingent of cadres, teachers, staff, workers united, promoted the sense of responsibility, dynamism, creativity and emulation to successfully complete the tasks in each working position, making an important contribution to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the industry and the locality. Trade union activities throughout the education sector have been raised one step in their position, confirming the potential in the general movement of employees of the whole district.
On this occasion, 1 collective received the Emulation Flag; 1 collective received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
1 collective received the Emulation Flag of the Hanoi City Labor Federation; 2 collectives; 3 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Hanoi City Labor Federation for their achievements in Trade Union activities.
The Tay Ho District Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 collectives for completing tasks excellently; 10 collectives for completing tasks well; 27 individuals with outstanding achievements in the labor movement and trade union activities in the education sector in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
The Tay Ho District Labor Federation commended and rewarded 55 exemplary families of employees; 49 exemplary male employees; rewarded employees' children with high academic achievements and employees who overcame difficulties to study well in the 2024-2025 school year.
